Right now, Mistystars.com only ship within United States.

Shipping Policy:

1.Shipping Area

  • We only ship to locations within the United States (Includes Puerto Rico)
  • Undeliverable states/territories: AS GU HI MH MP VI AA AE AP

2.Delivery Times

  • It's our goal to make sure your order is processed quickly and efficiently.
  • We will make your order shipping label within 12 hours from the New York.(In very few cases, we can't within 12 hours, but we promise to ship it within 2 business days.)
  • Please allow 2-5 business days for your shipment to arrive at your address. However, due to our inability to control the transportation, the arrival time will be different according to the actual situation. 

Track your Order:

  • When your order is dispatched we'll send you an email with your tracking details so you can follow its journey.
  • If for any reason you don't receive this, please email us at info@Mistystars.com and we will update on your order's progress.


  • Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 1-2 business days and is NOT included in the overall "shipping time".

  • All packages have specific tracking information(UPS or USPS).

Unconditional Refund

Within 3 days of receipt of your order, you may return unused products in original condition, in original packaging for a refund. Please email to info@Mistystarss.com for a return authorization number prior to sending any product back to Oceanside NY 11572. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds And Returns For Conditions

Within 30 days, if the product has the following problems, we will allow the refund or exchange of the product (The premise is that the product has not been any damage or disassembly) :

(1)The product arrives damaged.

(2)The product is defective.

(3)The product does not match the description on the website.

If you meet the above criteria, you can take a picture to prove that the product doesn't work. And sent it to info@Mistystarss.com. Once we confirm that the products cannot work, we will refund or exchange. These problems will be solved within 3 business days.

Late Or Missing Refunds

Generally, the refund amount will reach the account within 1-8 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
